Open a fighter's perks in Karuta and Keqing scores every level, marking the best perk at each one.
#Usage
Run kfi on a fighter and switch Karuta's menu to Perks. Keqing replies once, with one line per level.

Each line reads like this:
- Protect 8 ✓: You already picked the strongest perk at this level
- Barrage 6 → Shackle 8: You picked Barrage; Shackle scores higher
- not picked → Tactics 9: Nothing picked yet; Tactics is the best choice
- Obstruct 7 / Feeding Time 7: A tie. Past three, the rest are counted, such as +2
- no scores yet: None of this level's perks have a score
The last line adds it up. Best build is the best perk of every level added together, and your picks is what the perks you chose score, so you can compare fighters worth levelling. Perks Karuta shows that have no score yet are listed underneath.
Picking a perk in Karuta's menu doesn't bring another reply, so the channel isn't flooded while you browse. Switch back to Details and then to Perks again for a fresh reading.
The scores come from Kasito's rankings, made with ranked play in mind. They're a suggestion; a different perk can suit your build better.
#Settings
The picker is off until an admin picks its channels, on the Feature enablers page of the dashboard. It answers in those channels only and stays quiet everywhere else.
To check a channel, run achannel there. It needs Manage Server and lists what Keqing answers in that channel, Perks Picker included.

Keqing reads the fighter from the Fighter Details page Karuta shows first, so open kfi in the enabled channel and switch pages there. A fighter opened before Keqing restarted gets no reply; run kfi again.
